Q: What should I do after I won the bid?
A: After winning the bid, you need to pay the winning bid amount no later than 3 days. You also need to submit to us the following:

1. Your full name or business name
2. Mailing address and telephone number
3. Primary email address
4. Google Adsense Code (if any)
5. If you have Godaddy.com account you may also provide your account number & email address used for that account so we can just push the domain name.
Please note that the above information are necessary for us to facilitate the transfer of the domain name and the travel affiliate account to your name. We will not share, sell or rent your information.

Q: How will I receive this website/domain?
A: The auction is for a website that is already setup and live. It is currently active and you can click the links provided in the auction ad to see the actual website you will be receiving. Once the auction is complete, the existing hosting/domain information is put into the buyer's name at the current host/registrar. The auction comes with 30 days of free hosting where the website is currently hosted and the buyer can move the website hosting and domain registration at any time.

VERY IMPORTANT: To be entitled with the 30 days FREE web hosting you need to subscribe first to our web hosting within 7 days upon transfer the site to your name. Our system will automatically suspend your account if you fail to meet this simple instruction. So to avoid being shut down or worst terminated please subscribe as early as you can.

Q: Did TriyHost make profit from sales on my website?
A: No, we do not profit from your website in any way. All income from your site is paid directly to you from the affiliate sponsor.

Q: How quickly after this auction's end will I have the website?
A: This is up to you. As soon as you pay, we get the process started. As long as the auction and transfer fee are paid as soon as the auction is over, the website/domain name could be in your name as quick as 10 minutes after the end of the auction.

Q: How would I get paid with this website?
A: This is an affiliate website. The affiliate sponsor mails you a check once a month for your commissions.

Q: Can I make changes to this website or am I stuck with it looking the way it does now?
A: This website will be yours. You can change it in any way you want. You have complete control to do anything you want. We do not limit your success in any way.

Q: I don't really like the domain name that this website is setup on. Can I change it?
A: Unfortunately, not with this auction. Since the nature of the auction is for a completely setup website including domain name, the domain cannot be changed with this auction. However for each site type that we have, we offer a buy-it-now version where you can select your own domain name. Just check our eBay store.

Q: Will I be forced to host this website or keep the domain name registered with the current host/registrar?
A: Absolutely not. You can move the website 5 minutes after it is in your name. You will have complete FTP and cPanel access to the website to move it immediately. With domain names, ICANN requires domains to be at least 60 days old before changing registrars, so you may need to wait a short period before you can move the domain to a new registrar. The domain will be in your name immediately after the end of the auction so you can change nameservers if you are moving hosting, then move the domain name after the 60 day period that ICANN requires for new domains.

Q: Am I allowed to sell the website later?
A: It is your website and you can do whatever you want but, you are only allowed to sell it with the original domain. No reproduction or duplication allowed using our script.

Q: What if I do not need hosting?
A: That is fine. We just provide the 14 days of free hosting as a means of access to the site. If you do not want that hosting, as soon as you move the site it can be terminated. There are no contracts or hidden fees.

Q: What kind of support is offered?
A: There is a support ticket system that is being used for website support. You have access to support 24/7 if you ever have any questions.

Q: What if my question is not answered here?
A: If there is any piece of information that was not covered in our auction ad, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would love to help you out, and it is always best to clarify any questions prior to placing your bid.
